1. Can we bring in food?

No outside food provided by a caterer or restaurant may be brought into the waterpark. No glass containers, knives or alcoholic beverages are permitted.  Regular sized coolers will be assessed a $5 fee. Oversized coolers (Larger then W 24" x H 15" x D13") will be assessed a $10 fee.  All Coolers will be inspected at the waterpark entrance.

Food and drinks are available for purchase at Bahama Bob's Island Eatery. Meal packages are available at affordable prices for groups.

2. Do you have life jackets and do you allow outside flotation devices and toys?

Life jackets are provided free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are welcome to bring their own U.S. Coast Guard approved life jackets. Water wings are not permitted. Tubes are provided free of charge for the slides and lazy river. Outside flotation devices, rafts, and large water guns are not permitted.

3. Do you have lockers?

Lockers are available for rent at the retail shop. Locker rental is $10 for the day. Please secure your valuables. Bahama Beach is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

4. Where is the first aid station?

A first aid station is located between the restrooms for our guest’s comfort and convenience. All lifeguards at Bahama Beach Waterpark are trained in CPR and first aid.

5. Can I have my birthday party at the waterpark?

6. Can I reserve seating at the waterpark?

Reserved seating is available for individuals and groups at an additional charge. Reserved seating rentals for groups must be paid prior to the date of your event. Private cabanas are also available for rent. Cabanas are perfect for families or as a headquarters location for your group.

7. Is the waterpark available for rent?

The waterpark is available for exclusive rental for your group outside of normal operating hours. Rental reservations must be made a minimum of 10 working days in advance of requested date.

8. What forms of payment do you accept?

Bahama Beach accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, or corporate check.

9. Do you give refunds?

Tickets are non-refundable. Refunds for reserved seating rentals and park rentals will be processed with at least 10 days written notification, less a 10% processing fee.

10. Do you give rain checks?

In the event of lightning, thunder, heavy rain, or high wind, Bahama Beach may temporarily close rides and attractions for the safety of our guests until weather conditions improve.

If Bahama Beach suspends operations of the entire park for 60 continuous minutes or more prior to 4 p.m., guests may exchange their valid receipt / ticket stub for a rain check. Rain checks are valid for any day during the current general operating season. Guests must be present in the park to receive a rain check. No refunds or early rain checks will be issued.

11. Is there a charge for parking?

Parking is free at Bahama Beach Waterpark. The parking lot fills quickly on busy days. Overflow parking is available to the west of the waterpark next to the football field. Please lock your car and secure all valuables out of sight.
